Understanding that project needs can evolve, NexKraft offers the following cancellation options for custom software development projects:

Eligibility for Cancellation

• Clients can cancel a project at any stage of development.
• Early cancellation may result in fees associated with the work completed up to that point.

Cancellation Process

• To cancel a project, the client must provide written notification to NexKraft.
• Upon cancellation, NexKraft will provide a detailed breakdown of the work completed and associated costs.

Cancellation Fees

• Cancellation fees will be determined based on the percentage of project completion at the time of cancellation.
• The project agreement will outline the specific fee structure for cancellation at different stages.
• NexKraft will return any unused pre-payments after deducting the cancellation fees.
