  • Major bugs or functionalities not working as outlined in the project agreement.
  • Failure to deliver the core functionalities of the software within a reasonable timeframe beyond the agreed-upon deadline (excluding delays caused by client-side factors).
  • Project termination due to a mutual agreement between NexKraft and the client.
• Partial refunds may be considered for:
  • Delivery of a partially functional application with the option for the client to terminate the project.
• Refunds will not be granted for:
  • Minor bugs or functionalities identified after project completion and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Delays caused by client-side factors such as late feedback or changes in project scope.
  • Project cancellation by the client after development has begun.
